Information we collect

When you register as a member, we collect your name, mobile number, and email address. When you make a membership or renewal payment, we record the payment reference/UPI transaction details you provide so an admin can verify it. When you log or confirm a match, we record the scores and member IDs involved.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your membership (approval, renewal, expiry).
• To verify payments you report and communicate approval/rejection by email or WhatsApp.
• To display your name, member ID, and league points on the public leaderboard.
• To contact you about matches awaiting your confirmation.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your mobile number, email address, or payment details with any third party, other than a payment processor if/when one is used to complete a transaction you initiate. Your mobile number and email are never shown on the public leaderboard — only your name, member ID, and points are public.

Data retention

We retain membership and match records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards as needed to keep league history and resolve any disputes.
