Membership fees

The annual membership fee (₹1000 for new registration or renewal) grants access to log and confirm matches and appear on the public leaderboard for 12 months. Once a membership is approved or renewed, the fee is non-refundable, as access is granted immediately on approval.

Cancellation

You may stop using your membership at any time; simply not renewing at the end of your 12-month period will let it lapse. There is no partial refund for early cancellation.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged more than once for the same registration or renewal, or a payment fails but an amount is deducted from your account, contact us with your payment reference and we will verify and refund the incorrect/failed amount within 7 business days.
